1. About Our Services

Laredo Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, sidewalks, retaining walls, decorative concrete, and concrete repair. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing is provided in written form following an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if site conditions or project scope change after the estimate is provided. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds. We do not charge for on-site estimates.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Laredo Concrete Company reserves the right to halt work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action.

4. Project Timelines

We provide estimated project timelines at the time of the quote. Timelines are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly. Laredo Concrete Company is not liable for losses caused by project delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Laredo Concrete Company provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle loads exceeding design specifications, soil movement, acts of nature, or third-party modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to repair work on existing concrete installed by others.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area before the scheduled start date. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, landscaping obstacles, or other items that may interfere with the work. You are also responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure in the work area. Laredo Concrete Company is not liable for damage to unmarked underground items unless we were notified in advance.

7. Website Use
